Effective Date: 07/09/2026
Last Updated: 07/09/2026
The CiNENOX Content Guidelines are designed to maintain a safe, lawful, professional, and viewer-friendly content environment.
These guidelines apply to content submitted, uploaded, distributed, promoted, or otherwise made available through CiNENOX.
Content Must Have Appropriate Rights
Creators must have the necessary rights and permissions for all material included in submitted content.
This includes music, songs, sound recordings, video footage, images, artwork, performances, scripts, logos, third-party trademarks, stock assets, archival footage, voice recordings, titles, characters, and promotional materials.
Prohibited Content
Content may be rejected, restricted, removed, or referred for further review if it contains or promotes unlawful activity or material involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, terrorist or extremist recruitment or promotion, credible threats of violence, illegal activities, fraud or scams, malware or harmful technical content, or unlawful infringement of third-party rights.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
Creators must not submit content that knowingly infringes copyright, trademark, personality rights, privacy rights, performer rights, music rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.
If a legitimate rights complaint is received, CiNENOX may temporarily restrict the relevant content while the matter is reviewed.
Violence & Mature Content
Content containing violence, disturbing material, strong language, sexual themes, substance use, horror, or other mature themes may be subject to appropriate classification, age restrictions, warnings, or presentation controls.
Where applicable, CiNENOX may request appropriate content descriptors or age classifications.
Hate, Harassment & Discrimination
Content must not be used to encourage unlawful discrimination, targeted harassment, threats, or abuse against individuals or protected groups.
Artistic or fictional representation may be considered in context, but Creators remain responsible for complying with applicable law and platform requirements.
Misleading Metadata
Creators must provide accurate title, description, genre, cast information, credits, release information, language, content classification, thumbnail, poster, subtitles, and other metadata.
Creators must not intentionally use misleading titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, posters, or metadata to manipulate discovery.
Artificial Views & Engagement
Creators must not artificially generate or manipulate views, watch time, likes, ratings, comments, followers, earnings, payout eligibility, or revenue-generating activity.
Use of bots, fraudulent traffic, click manipulation, incentivised fake traffic, or similar methods may result in review, adjustment of earnings, suspension, content restriction, or termination.
AI-Generated or AI-Assisted Content
Creators should disclose AI-generated or substantially AI-assisted content where disclosure is required by applicable law, platform policy, distribution partner requirement, or the relevant submission process.
Creators remain responsible for ensuring that AI-assisted content does not unlawfully infringe third-party rights.
Quality Standards
Submitted content should meet the technical specifications communicated by CiNENOX.
Depending on content type, CiNENOX may specify requirements for video resolution, bitrate, audio quality, file format, subtitle format, artwork dimensions, metadata, encoding, and technical delivery.
Creators may be asked to replace or correct technically unsuitable files.
Content Review & Enforcement
CiNENOX may review content before or after publication.
Depending on the circumstances, CiNENOX may request clarification, request corrections, request additional rights documentation, restrict visibility, add appropriate classification or warnings, temporarily suspend content, remove content, suspend the relevant account, adjust affected earnings, or take other reasonable action required by law or platform policy.
Appeals & Clarification
Where appropriate, Creators may contact CiNENOX regarding a content restriction, removal, or policy decision.
Creators may provide additional information, documentation, or clarification for review.
