Creator & Earnings Terms Status
Effective Date: 07/09/2026
Last Updated: 07/09/2026
These Creator & Earnings Terms form part of the CiNENOX creator onboarding, content submission, distribution, earnings, payout, and account activation process operated by RealDepth Future Technology Private Limited.
By creating a Creator account, submitting content, accepting declarations, or accepting any applicable commercial terms through CiNENOX, the Creator acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms.
Creator Account
The Creator may create an account on CiNENOX to submit, manage, distribute, and monitor eligible content and related information.
The Creator must provide accurate and updated contact details, identity information, payment information, content information, and documents reasonably required for verification.
The Creator is responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality and for activities conducted through the Creator account.
Content Submission
Creators may submit eligible films, short films, series, documentaries, music-related content, trailers, promotional materials, artwork, subtitles, audio files, metadata, and other approved content formats supported by CiNENOX.
Submission of content does not automatically guarantee acceptance, publication, distribution, monetisation, promotional placement, or revenue generation.
CiNENOX may review submitted content before making it available on the platform or through any related distribution opportunity.
Creator Rights
The Creator retains ownership of intellectual property rights in submitted content unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing.
The Creator grants CiNENOX the rights necessary to review, process, host, present, promote, distribute, monetise, report on, and otherwise operate the content in accordance with the applicable written agreement and Content Distribution Terms.
Any exclusive rights, territory, duration, platform rights, commercial rights, or third-party distribution rights will be specifically identified in the applicable written agreement.
Creator Responsibilities
The Creator confirms that they have the necessary rights, permissions, licences, and authorisations to submit the content and related materials.
- The content does not knowingly infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, performer, music, footage, artwork, trademark, location, or personality rights
- Required permissions for performers, contributors, music, footage, artwork, trademarks, locations, brands, and other third-party materials have been obtained where applicable
- Information, metadata, credits, artwork, subtitles, payout details, and documents supplied to CiNENOX are accurate
- The Creator will cooperate with reasonable verification, rights, tax, payout, and compliance requests
Content Review
CiNENOX may review submitted content for technical quality, legal or rights concerns, platform suitability, content standards, metadata accuracy, audience suitability, promotional suitability, and operational requirements.
CiNENOX may request additional documents, corrections, replacement files, updated metadata, rights clarification, or other information before accepting or continuing to host content.
Content Distribution Rights
Depending on the applicable agreement, the Creator may authorise CiNENOX to host the content, stream the content, make it available on demand, display trailers or promotional clips, create thumbnails and promotional artwork, generate subtitles or technical versions where agreed, promote the content, distribute it through approved third-party channels, include it in campaigns, and use approved metadata or artwork for presentation and discovery.
Technical processing does not transfer ownership of the underlying content to CiNENOX.
Territory, Term, and Exclusivity
Distribution may be India-only, worldwide, for specific countries or territories, or for another territory agreed in writing.
The content will remain available for the availability period, licence term, distribution term, lock-in period, or exclusivity period specified in the applicable written agreement.
Where an agreement provides for exclusive distribution, the Creator agrees not to grant conflicting rights to another platform during the agreed exclusive period.
Where an agreement is non-exclusive, the Creator may generally continue to work with other platforms, subject to the specific restrictions in the applicable agreement.
Promotional and Third-Party Use
During the applicable distribution or licence period, CiNENOX may use reasonable portions of the content, including approved clips, trailers, stills, artwork, title information, and Creator-provided promotional materials for marketing and discovery.
Where third-party distribution is part of the agreed commercial arrangement, the Creator authorises CiNENOX to provide the necessary content, metadata, artwork, and technical materials to the applicable distribution partner.
Any material third-party commercial terms applicable to the Creator will be governed by the relevant written agreement.
Earnings & Revenue Sharing
Creator earnings are calculated based on eligible views, approved advertising opportunities, sponsorship participation, and any other commercial terms mutually agreed in writing between the Creator and CiNENOX.
For eligible earnings generated through the CiNENOX platform, CiNENOX will retain 20% as its Platform Service Share, while the remaining 80% will be allocated to the Creator as the Creator Share.
The Platform Service Share supports platform hosting and infrastructure, OTT presentation and distribution, technical operations and processing, content review and management, distribution support, Creator dashboard and reporting, Creator support services, payout administration, and related operational services.
The Creator Share will be reflected in the Creator dashboard after the applicable Platform Service Share has been deducted.
The final amount payable to the Creator may be subject to applicable taxes, payment processing charges, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, and other deductions required under applicable law or payment processing rules.
Earnings Transparency & Creator Dashboard
CiNENOX aims to provide clear earnings information through the Creator dashboard wherever reasonably practicable.
The dashboard may display:
- Gross Eligible Earnings
- CiNENOX Platform Service Share
- Creator Share
- Applicable Tax Deductions
- Payout Processing Charges
- Net Payable Amount
- Paid, Pending, or Withheld Payout Status
This allows the Creator to understand how the payable amount has been calculated and to track earnings and payouts.
Payout Processing
Payouts will be processed according to the payout cycle enabled for the Creator account, the applicable minimum payout threshold, and the payment method selected by the Creator.
Creators may be provided with different payout options depending on payment service availability and account eligibility.
Where a Creator requests an additional, frequent, or instant withdrawal outside the standard payout cycle, applicable bank, payment gateway, transfer, compliance, or processing charges may be deducted from the payout amount.
Such charges may vary depending on the payment method, transaction amount, banking or payment provider requirements, and applicable payment system rules.
CiNENOX will make reasonable efforts to ensure that applicable payout-related charges are communicated or reflected in the Creator dashboard wherever practicable.
Taxes & Compliance
All payouts will be subject to applicable tax and statutory requirements.
Where required under Indian law or any other applicable law, CiNENOX may deduct or withhold applicable amounts, including TDS, withholding tax, GST-related amounts, or other statutory deductions.
To facilitate payout processing, the Creator may be required to provide accurate and valid PAN details, GST details where applicable, bank account information, invoices, tax declarations, identity or verification documents, and other documents reasonably required for tax, payment, or compliance purposes.
If required information or documents are incomplete, incorrect, expired, or unavailable, the related payout may remain pending until the necessary information is successfully verified.
Content Availability Period
When Creator content is accepted under a written agreement, the Creator agrees to keep the content available on CiNENOX for the availability period, licence term, lock-in period, or distribution period specified in that agreement.
The agreed period helps CiNENOX plan platform operations, content presentation, promotional activities, distribution, and commercial opportunities associated with the content.
Creator Request for Early Removal
If a Creator wishes to remove accepted content before the end of the agreed availability or licence period, the Creator may submit an early removal request to CiNENOX.
CiNENOX will review the request based on the applicable agreement and any commitments already made in relation to the content.
Where applicable, the Creator may be responsible for previously committed or unrecovered costs associated with the content, such as onboarding and content preparation costs, technical processing costs, promotional or marketing commitments, campaign-related commitments, advances already provided, minimum guarantee adjustments, and other specifically agreed commercial obligations.
Any applicable early removal settlement will be determined with reference to the written agreement, platform records, campaign commitments, and other relevant commercial records associated with the content.
Where an amount is payable, CiNENOX may adjust the applicable amount against pending Creator payouts or request settlement before completing the early removal, as permitted by the applicable agreement.
No early removal settlement will apply where the Creator keeps the content available for the full agreed period, unless otherwise specifically provided in the written agreement.
Final Earnings Reconciliation
Before a final payout is released, CiNENOX may complete earnings reconciliation and verification.
This may include earnings reconciliation, view and engagement validation, fraud and artificial activity checks, rights and ownership verification, tax and compliance verification, payment partner confirmation, applicable refunds, reversals, chargeback adjustments, and other reasonable checks required for accurate payout processing.
If there are invalid or artificially generated views, suspicious activity, copyright or rights disputes, advertiser refunds, payment failures, legal requirements, or a material breach of the applicable agreement, CiNENOX may temporarily delay, adjust, or withhold the affected amount until the matter is reviewed or resolved.
Once verification or reconciliation is completed, any eligible amount due to the Creator will be processed in accordance with the applicable payout terms.
Creator-Friendly Transparency
CiNENOX aims to maintain a clear, transparent, and mutually beneficial relationship with Creators.
The applicable revenue share, payout conditions, agreed content period, deductions, adjustments, withholding status, and other commercial terms will be communicated through the relevant written agreement, Creator dashboard, or other applicable platform communication wherever reasonably practicable.
Account Suspension or Termination
CiNENOX may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate a Creator account where reasonably necessary due to material breach, fraudulent or misleading information, copyright or rights-related concerns, unlawful activity, security concerns, repeated policy violations, regulatory or legal requirements, payout fraud, artificial activity, or other circumstances that materially affect platform integrity.
Where reasonably practicable, CiNENOX may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue before taking final action.
Termination by Creator
The Creator may request closure of the Creator account subject to active content agreements, outstanding commercial obligations, payout reconciliation, unresolved disputes, content availability periods, or other applicable commitments.
Account closure does not automatically terminate rights or obligations that have already become effective under an existing written agreement.
Confidentiality and Updates
Both parties should reasonably protect confidential commercial, technical, financial, account, and business information received from the other party.
CiNENOX may update platform policies and operational terms from time to time.
Where an update materially affects an existing Creator relationship, CiNENOX will provide reasonable notice through the platform, email, dashboard, or another appropriate communication method where required.
